INGREDIENTS

  • 600 g of cherries

  • 40 g of butter with melted salt (plus a little more to grease the baking tray)

  • 4 eggs

  • 100 ml of milk

  • 100 ml cream

  • 100 g of flour

  • 60 g of sugar

  • 11 g vanilla sugar

  • 1 Pinch of salt

  • Icing sugar to dust the clafoutis

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Preheat the oven at 210 ° C

  2. In a bowl add the sugar to the eggs and stir until you get a light and fluffy mixture

  3. Incorporate the sifted flour, the vanilla sugar and the pinch of salt

  4. Add cream, milk and melted butter, previously mixed with a whisk

  5. Grease the mould and lightly flour it. Fill it with previously washed and unpitted cherries. Cover with the clafoutis dough and bake for about 10 minutes at 210 ° C and then another 20 minutes at 180 °c.
